Our team
Jay Bruce
Jay flew as a private pilot for many years and was happy to fly a small personal airplane for the enjoyment and challenge. Eventually he decided that he might also enjoy instruction, and he began picking up additional ratings to do that. Jay earned his first Flight Instructor certificate (for light sport airplanes) in 2015, and Jay has been helping others learn how to fly for 10 years. He can help you attain any rating that you read about on our site.

Rileigh Offenbacker
Rileigh began to chase her dream of flying back in college along about 2018. As 2023 closed out she realized another dream. The dream of being able to share flying with others as a Certified Flight Instructor. She began 2024 instructing with Skillfly. In 2025 Rileigh became a Multi-Engine instructor.

Steven Yingling
Steven is an Air Force veteran trained as an Aircraft Mechanic. In 2017 Steven began to pursue learning to fly with Jay as his instructor. After attaining his Private Pilot Certificate, Steve added Light Sport Instructor. He also has added Multi-Engine to his Private Pilot skill set. Steve currently holds those ratings along with his Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic Certificate with Inspection Authorization.
